Well Barn is a beautifully converted, listed, 18th Century Cornish barn, tucked away down a no-through private lane in the tiny hamlet of Tramagenna. A detached quiet retreat with a small garden and private parking, room to breathe and the north and south coasts of Cornwall easily accessible. Trebarwith Strand is the nearest beach four miles by road, with Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle all being six. Rough Tor is two, Rock/Polzeath twelve and The Eden Project twenty miles.

Sleeps 2 to 6. Non-smoking. Booking rates are fully inclusive of all energy costs, good quality bed linen (not including towels), electricity, under floor central heating, instant hot water and logs for the wood burner. Attractive garden with patio, seating, herbs etc. Spring fed ornamental pool. There is a TV, DVD and a small selection of books and games. Winkelmann Baby Grand Piano available for separate hire to piano students and professionals by arrangement. Early 1900’s with a light action and excellent sound in a lovely room.
